
Risotto with Basil for 4 people - special and delicate Risotto, ideal for a first course for all seasons and any diets Cooking time 15 minutes
 
                INGREDIENTS:
                 320 g. Rice Vialone nano
                1 small bunch of basil leaves and keep
                Italian olive oil as it serves
                half an onion
                a handful of grated Parmesan cheese
                meat broth as it serves
 
                
HOW TO PREPARE THE RISOTTO
Chop the onion and brown it with four tablespoons of oil.
Throw the rice and toast. 
Continue cooking, adding a little at a time the broth warm.
Blend the basil, if it is washed and dried, with 4 tablespoons of oil.
Add the basil sauce to the cooked rice with the remaining butter and Parmesan, stir and let stand a few minutes before serving.
